The Spinal Injury Nurses Association (SINA) is proud of our 23 history which has been created to promote and encourage the study and practice of the discipline of spinal cord injury nursing and care.

Membership with SINA provides a discount at the annual SINA conference, which enables valuable networking opportunities.

Our membership community is dedicated to providing support, resources and advocacy for individuals and families affected by spinal cord injury. Membership is for calendar year, now open for 2025
